I was a 20 year old baby rock critic at the time of the show, living up the road in Sacramento and working at the first tower records store. A lot of my friends went to the show, but I passed. I had just seen Patti Smith, my first interview, the week before, and the last waltz suddenly seemed like ancient history. Thanks for confirming my memories, and my decision!
