An inspiring read, thanks! I look forward to checking out the music mentioned. My family came to the US from Stryj (near Lviv) a long time ago. My father, like yours, served in WWII - he flew in a B17 back over Europe. On Sunday, having no bomber of my own, i went to Times Square and played a song I wrote - Freedom for Ukraine - for a while. This is awesome, Wayne. I always love me some "ecologically friendly and foot tapping music." What a way to help defeat evil by inspiring the exhausted innocents who must fight on. (Condolences on your dad. My WW2-era mom died in Oct 2020.)

In the email version just released, INNA was referred to as a Polish singer. Though the track I cited was from Warner Music Poland, according to Shazam, she is Romanian. Her nationality has been corrected in other versions, and the copy editor has been informed.
